A major cause of chimney related fires is failure to properly install chimneys with the required clearances to surrounding combustible materials.  It is imperative that chimneys be installed by a certified professional chimney sweep that understands and follows the appropriate building and chimney installation codes.  Proper installation requires an air space around the chimney with no insulation, wiring or other combustible materials that may lead to chimney failure.

Proper planning for your chimney installation will result in much greater safety, more efficiency, and will save you time and money in the long run.  There are no good shortcuts to proper chimney installation.

Proper chimney installation is the most important aspect of a wood stove or fireplace.  The chimney provides a draft to the fire, which acts as fuel.  A properly installed chimney will draft smoke out of the fire up through the chimney, keeping people and the home safe from smoke inhalation and other harmful fumes.

TNT Quality Services will do thorough inspections of your chimney, fireplace, chimney caps, chimney liners, chimney inserts, stoves and fuel burners to ascertain whether your equipment needs cleaning or repair.  TNT Quality Services will only do necessary cleaning and repairs.
